Profile PictureAdrienne Hayes-Demirelli

Adrienne Hayes-Demirelli is an American-born language educator, certified in TEFL, comprehensible input and second language acquisition, now raising a multilingual family in France with her Turkish husband. Together with their three children, they navigate life in six languages — English, Turkish, French, Arabic, Kurdish, and Zazaki — through connection, consistency, and a whole lot of tea and storytime. She is the founder of The Multilingual Home, a blog and online community created to empower mothers in raising confident, faith-filled, and language-rich families — even in imperfect and messy seasons. She writes from the heart of her own motherhood journey, weaving together language research, real-life routines, and sincere encouragement for mamas around the world. When she’s not writing talking prompts, sharing language tips on Instagram, or sipping çay with her kids while they retell silly stories in multiple languages, you’ll find her encouraging other mamas to trust their gut, simplify their strategy, and remember: You can never talk too much… especially when it builds love and language.
